Terms of Service — Pactagon

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Pactagon (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. Pactagon provides a digital, AI-powered document workspace designed for B2B agencies.

2. Subscriptions and Billing

Pactagon is a subscription-based digital SaaS product. By subscribing to a Pro ($45/month) or Enterprise ($99/month) plan, you authorize us (via our Merchant of Record, Dodo Payments) to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

3. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use

You are responsible for the data, templates, and text you input into the Service. You agree not to use Pactagon to generate illegal, offensive, or harmful content. You must ensure you have the legal right to process any CRM data (such as client details) you sync to our platform.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain all ownership rights to the content and proposals you create using Pactagon. We retain all intellectual property rights to the Pactagon platform, including its codebase, layout engine, and proprietary workflows.

5. Limitation of Liability

Pactagon is provided “as is.” We are not liable for any lost profits, lost proposals, or damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service. We do not guarantee that proposals generated will result in closed deals or specific business outcomes.
