To provide our core features, Pactagon transmits necessary text inputs to secure, third-party Artificial Intelligence APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Google, Anthropic).

• Our Stance: Pactagon does not permanently retain, store, or use your proposal data to train our own AI models.
• Third-Party Retention: The external AI providers we use may temporarily retain request data for abuse monitoring and service provision, subject to their respective privacy policies and enterprise data agreements.

3. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used exclusively to operate the Pactagon platform, authenticate your user sessions, process payments, and generate your requested documents. We do not sell your data to third parties.
